I’ve always been a keen walker, and over the years have taken part in lots of charity walking events, so the fitness element of Nordic Walking really appealed to me. I love planning and exploring new walking routes and as an Instructor, I’m now able to share these routes with others.

I currently offer tasters, Learn to Nordic Walk courses, and group walks in the evenings and at weekends. You can attend a group session, or if you would prefer, a 1:1 session.
